We absolutely love this place and have eaten here many times! We had ordered for takeout on this occasion and it was still killer when having a 20 minute drive home. There salads are my favorite and you have to get the house dressing which is a creamy French dressing with blue cheese crumples. I love the old main salad which is with ham and turkey and also their steak salad with french fries is amazing when topped with blue cheese dressing... it's always perfect! We always get their wings dipped and grilled which makes them fantastic. My husband had a burger and this is one of his favorite places to go. He loves to get an egg on his Burger which has been customized. You seriously can't go wrong with this place! Anything that you try on the menu will love

Not the usual steak and cheese sandwich. The sirloin steak and cheese was surprising , so use to just the wafer thin steak em’s that when this came out and these meaty tips and open cheese I was hooked !!!! Keith git the mesquite chicken and added blue cheese crumbs and dressing. These sandwiches are so flavorful! Oh and can forget those mushrooms ! Delicious food, great service, amazing atmosphere. We showed up with a party of 12 and still got seated, checked on, order in, and food to table was amazingly fast in the middle of the lunch rush! Could not have been a better first impression of a place

My coworkers and I stopped by The Old Main Cafe for lunch, and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience. This place is a gem, and the prices are incredibly affordable, especially for the quality you get! ​I decided to try the Build Your Own Burger, and it was cooked perfectly medium rare. I topped it with ketchup, mustard, mayo, provolone, and sautéed peppers and onions—it was one of the best burgers I've had in ages. ​My sides were just as great: the curly fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the cup of cabbage soup was warm, comforting, and full of flavor. ​Honestly, everything we ordered was amazing, and the staff was great—attentive and friendly. Highly recommend stopping here for a delicious and budget-friendly meal!

Great food, beer, & service. Go there at least once a week. Specials baked steak & prime rib are fantastic. Hard to find better salads or fries. Best wings in WV!

We had an amazing Whale Fish Sandwich that was so large we had food for later at home! Ordered a side of oozy cheesy fries that is way better than any other in the area! Staff is constantly cleaning & our Server Kelly was so attentive & accommodating! Never did our glass go empty or a plate not Pre bussed! Conveniently located to route 60 & the interstate! Family owned for over 50 years! There’s a fun jukebox as well! #supportlocal
